temporary adjusted conditions and anulating costs because of the Covid-19 virus:
 
1.  For all new bookings: free cancellation or moving booking dates if your flight will be canceled due to Covid-19. This is for bookings made after 23 May till the end of this season (2020). This means a full refund of your deposit.
2. (Bookings made before 18 march) we can change all reservations in the low and mid season for free to a period later in the season or the next season. If you want to reschedule the reservation to another date that is still available, this is possible. Any price difference need to be paid extra, the costs already paid are a credit, if you book a trip for an amount less than the deposit, the difference will remain open as a travel credit.
3. (Bookings made before 18 march) Unfortunately, it is not possible to move bookings that are scheduled in high season to the next season  (exception see point 4). If you still want to cancel this reservation, see the adjusted temporary schedule of cancellation costs.
4. (Bookings made before 18 march)What to do if your flights are going to be canceled in the high season or have already been canceled. We would be happy to receive a confirmation from the relevant airline compagny of the canceled flight (s). After this, on a case-by-case basis we will search with the customer for one of the existing possibilities to move the booking free of charge for a period later in the season or to the next season / year (with a exeption in the high season. Any price difference need to be paid extra, the costs already paid are a credit, if you book a trip for an amount less than the deposit, the difference will remain open as a travel credit.
5. (Bookings made before 18 march)Temporarily adjusted cancellation costs (for total rental agreement) overview caused by the (covid-19) virus more than 4 months before the check in date: 30%, Between 4 months and 2 week(s) before the check in date 40%, 2 weeks or less before the check in date 85% of the agreed costs.
