How to book a camper:
On our website you find a calendar for each campervan. You can select the available dates and fill in your name to send us a booking request. Our system will automatically put the requested dates pending in our system. After this, we will send you an email with a proposal/rental agreement. If you dicide to go forward we ask you to fill in your personal information on the rental agreement and check this document if the dates, information and amounts are correct and send it back to us. As last we ask a 50% down payment to make the booking definate.Deposit:for a basic insurance we ask €750,- and for a rental with extra insurance €300,- per rental period. The deposit for our VW T4 campers with a basic insurance are €1250,- and with a extra insurance €500,- per rental period.
Pick-up and return times
In principle, the camper can be picked up from 15:00 and must be returned before 11:00. If it is possible with the next/previous rental, we are flexible with this, if possible!
Insurance.
Our campers have basic insurance. Damage caused by own fault to the rented camper or materials is not included. We ask €750,- for a deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient to repair the car when there is some damage, the owner can hold the renter liable for the excess/remaining cost of repair.
Extra insurance
We offer an option to lower your own risk and deposit to €300,- (or for vwt4 €500,- ) per rental period. For this extra insurance we ask €100,- per week for the mercedes campers. The extra insurance for the VW T4 campers is €150,- per week. If there is any damage the maximum amount to pay will be €300,- (or €500,- for vw t4 campers) you are interested please let us know so we can add this in the rental contract. For any questions or explanations feel free to contact us.
What to do in the event of a breakdown.
Breakdown on the road is of course not nice, we do our best to maintain the campers as good as possible. However, it can of course happen that something breaks down on route. If something is wrong, we always ask you to call us. We will first see if we can help you by telephone if this fails then our mechanic can come to carry out a repair if you are not too far away. If you are unlucky and may not be able to continue or have to go to a garage. We will do our best to arrange a sleeping place for you. If it really cannot be repaired, we will check if we have another camper available or we will help you find another accommodation. You will get the money back from the days that you didn’t use the camper. In general, little happens and if it does, we will try to solve it. 🙂

For a shuttle to and from our location you can contact www.yellofishtransfers.com This company provides shuttle service for a reasonable price. In special situations we can personally pick you up for a fee at Faro airport (if you arrive late for example) for more information about this you can contact us.

Wild camping
This is not allowed! But it tends to be tolerated. If you choose to camp wild, it is possible you will be asked to move place (sometimes at night) There has been fines given for wild camping, this is to be payed by the renter. We don’t support camping in natural area’s even though our campers are prepaired for this.
Fines and Toll
Unfortunately, it can happen that you drive too fast or park wrong and you get a fine. The renter is responsible for this. The toll also is a cost to be paid by the renter. If it turns out afterward that a fine or toll payment is open in the period the renter rented, then they are still responsible for this cost. there are prepaid cards available at the post office for the digital toll road. There are also toll roads that you can pay directly on the road itself. We can provide you with information and a map that mark the different toll roads
Passing the border:
We do allow to pass the border to Spain with our campers. The rest of Europe is not allowed!
